Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 pot of yogurt, approx. 150 g
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g spelt flour type 630
- 400 g wholemeal spelt flour
- e.g. flaxseed, whole or crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
suitable for a low-histamine diet
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well combined. Pour the sticky dough into a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 50-60 minutes. After the baking time is up, turn off the oven and let the bread stand in the closed oven for another 10 minutes. Only then remove it and let it cool.
