Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g mustard, medium hot
- 30 g mustard (Dijon)
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
- 30 g honey
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 150 g oil
- 50 g cream
- 50 ml broth, clear
- salt and pepper

Combine the two mustards with dill, honey, and maple syrup. Slowly add the oil, stirring constantly, until a smooth mixture forms. Carefully stir in the cream and broth. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
