Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant, organic
  • 1 tbsp dill, frozen
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Pour the water into a measuring jug and add 200 ml of it to a saucepan. Add the vegetable stock to the saucepan, mix with the water, and heat. Add the dill and mustard. Meanwhile, add the flour to the measuring jug along with the remaining water and stir until smooth. Once the mustard is smoothly incorporated, add the cream and then the flour-water mixture. Mix everything well and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Taste and add more seasoning, such as salt, pepper, and curry powder.
