Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the spring onions into small rings. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, spring onions, salt, pepper, and a little Maggi. Let it marinate in the refrigerator.
