Leek Dip

The perfect leek dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Sour cream
  • 2 Poles Leek
  • 1 Lime, the zest
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely grated
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Put the sour cream in a bowl, add pepper, salt and chilli. Likewise the lime zest and the grated garlic cloves. Mix everything very well.
  2. Quarter the leek lengthways and then cut into fine strips. Then fold the leek into the sour cream, season to taste again and then leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. We ate this with potato fritters, but the dip also goes great with grilled meat.
