Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- ½ cup natural yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp fresh mixed herbs
- 100 g smoked pork (cold cuts)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with hearty smoked pork
Mix the crème fraîche and yogurt and add the herbs. Cut the smoked pork into small cubes and fold in. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sliced vegetables.
