Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 170 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 170 g nuts, ground
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 65 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 6 tsp powdered sugar
  • 6 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
  • 1 cup chocolate shavings

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a batter from the listed ingredients (from butter to baking powder). Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake at 175°C for about 40 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool. Cut a thin layer of cake and crumble it. Add the chocolate shavings and mix. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and powdered sugar until stiff. Chop the drained pineapple slices very finely (the smaller the better!) and fold them into the cream. Place the base with the springform pan rim back in the pan, add the pineapple cream, and sprinkle the crumbs on top and press down lightly. Remove the springform pan rim before serving.
