Dips for fondue

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly lemon juice
  • n. B. horseradish
  • e.g. cranberries
  • e.g. banana(s) and curry powder
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Then mix 2 tablespoons of cream with 1 tablespoon of sour cream each and add various flavors. Your imagination is the limit. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and perhaps a little lemon juice. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
