Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts
  • 1 tbsp banana chips
  • 200 ml milk, low-fat
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with nuts and fruit

Simply place all ingredients in a bowl or plate and drizzle with milk. You can, of course, add various fruits and perhaps a drizzle of honey.
