Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g rice
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 50 g peas
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the onion and garlic and fry in oil. Add the rice as you would for risotto and let it soften, then add water. Peel the tomatoes and peppers, puree one tomato, and dice the others. Add the tomatoes, peppers, and peas to the risotto and cook until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
