Doner cream pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat (doner kebab), frozen
  • 1 small can of corn, approx. 140 g
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g grated cheese for gratinating
  • 1 pack of pizza dough with tomato sauce from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup of cream, 200 ml
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

According to the recipe of my favorite pizzeria Pinocchio, I think it was number 182 a

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the included tomato sauce on top. Drain the corn and spread it on the pizza base with the finely chopped bell peppers, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven according to the package instructions. While the pizza is in the oven, brown the kebab meat in a pan. (You can also buy a portion of doner meat from a kebab shop.) Deglaze the cooked meat with the cream and season with curry. Let the cream reduce slightly. Remove the finished pizza from the oven, pour the doner cream sauce over the pizza, and serve.
