Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g Greek yogurt, min. 10%
- 1 pack of ready-made mix (salad dressing with dill herbs)
- 10 g dill, fresh or frozen
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 2 tsp mustard (approx. 1 – 2 tsp)
- some pepper
- some paprika powder
- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the salad dressing in a bowl and dissolve it in about 1 tablespoon of the water. Add the yogurt to the bowl and mix. Add the garlic, dill, mustard, and remaining water, and season with paprika and pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a day for even better flavor. If you don’t want to use a ready-made mix, use vegetable stock, spirit vinegar or lemon juice, and a little more dill than specified here, and season to taste.
