Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large flatbread(s)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • some milk
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • some oil
  • e.g. pepper, olives, feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

fried minced meat, vegetables and garlic sauce in flatbread

Finely chop one of the two onions, mix it with the egg into the minced meat, and season the meat mixture with salt and pepper. Add a little oil to a pan. Form the minced meat into meatballs, flatten them as flat as possible, and fry them as meatballs. Heat the flatbread in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat) at 200°C for 4-5 minutes. Slice the tomatoes, strip the lettuce, and ring the second onion. For the sauce, mix the sour cream with a little milk to a sauce consistency. Press the garlic and add it, season with salt. Quarter the flatbread (if you’re very hungry, just halve it), slice it open, and fill it with the ingredients. It’s best to place the meat on one side, the vegetables on the other, and then the sauce on top. If desired, you can also add pepperoni, olives, and feta cheese.
