super chocolatey!

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, 2 cups of egg liqueur, oil, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and the flour. Fold in the egg whites. Divide the batter into two portions. Pour the light batter into a buttered and breadcrumb-coated springform pan with a tube bottom insert. Stir the 4 tablespoons of egg liqueur, the cocoa, and chocolate into the other half of the batter. Pour the dark batter onto the light batter and drizzle with a fork. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour (use a skewer to check if it’s stiff). Let the cake cool. Melt the chocolate coating with the cream and cover the cake with it. It bakes well the day before and stays moist for a long time.
