Salmon rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • dill
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • possibly cream cheese with herbs
  • Paprika powder
  • 250 g puff pastry

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the salmon into strips. Dice 1 onion. Finely chop the dill. Mix the horseradish, lemon juice, cream cheese, paprika, dill, and onion. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into the desired shape (croissants, rolls, corners, pockets), pour the mixture onto it, and spread evenly. Bake the rolls (or pockets) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 15 minutes.
