Doner pizza with hollandaise sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 portion of meat (doner meat), fully cooked
  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bag of cheese (e.g. Gouda)
  • optionally spring onion(s), finely chopped
  • possibly leek, cut into rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it with the hollandaise sauce (don’t spread it too thickly, otherwise it will be very thick). Then arrange the doner meat and onions on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. You can, of course, add more toppings as desired. For example, I sometimes add a few spring onions or leek rings.
