Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 250 g yogurt 1.5% fat, or quark
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp spice mix (e.g. Vegeta)
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of curry
- 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
A sauce that, in my opinion, tastes like the one from the stand
First, combine the spices, oil, and lemon juice or vinegar in a bowl to create a liquid seasoning mix. Thin this seasoning mix with a little water if necessary. Let it sit for a while. If you prefer a white sauce, omit the paprika and curry and season with a few herbs instead. Then add the mayonnaise and mix with the spices until smooth. Finally, add the yogurt or quark, mix, and season to taste if desired. Let the sauce sit for at least an hour.
