Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 500 g cream
- 500 g raspberries, frozen
- 1 pack of almonds, sliced
- Sugar
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
the best dessert!
Stir the Philadelphia until smooth (otherwise there will be lumps). Whip the cream until stiff, then stir in the Philadelphia. Pour into a baking dish and spread the frozen raspberries on top. Caramelize the almond flakes with sugar and a little butter in a pan, let it cool, and sprinkle over the raspberries. Let it rest a bit until the raspberries have thawed.
