- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- n. B. herbs, e.g. chives, cress, basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Chop the herbs and fold them into the cottage cheese. Stir in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Tastes delicious with simple leaf salads.
