This recipe makes enough for 12 Double Chocolate Cheesecake Muffins! Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tin with paper cases. Mix together the flour, baking powder, 100g sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder. Melt the butter over medium heat and mix with the milk and 2 eggs. Add the milk, egg, and butter mixture to the other ingredients and mix briefly. Stir the chocolate, melted in a bain-marie, into the batter. Briefly stir in the chocolate chips or chocolate shavings. Pour the batter into the muffin tins. For the cheesecake, mix 250g cream cheese with 30g sugar, 1 egg, and a pinch of salt until smooth and spoon one or two tablespoons onto each muffin. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes. After baking, let them cool in the tin for about 15 minutes and then on a wire rack.
