Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 9 Physalis
  • 1 fruit, (Sharon fruit) is usually available in the supermarket

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the physalis and sharon fruit, remove the bracts from the physalis, remove the stem from the sharon fruit, and blend everything in a blender. Pour the fruit puree into a bowl and cover completely with the yogurt.
