Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 175 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 125 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 5 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Semolina
  • 750 g Quark
  • 5 Egg Whites

Instructions
 

  • Knead all the crumble ingredients into a firm dumpling and cut the dough in half.
  • Crumble one half into crumble with your fingers, crumble evenly into the greased springform pan and press down a little.
  • Mix the butter or margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and semolina until frothy. Add the quark.
  • Finally, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully.
  • Pour this quark mixture onto the crumble and smooth it out. Crumble the remaining dough over the curd mixture into crumble and distribute evenly over the curd. Bake at 180 ° C in the lower step of the oven for approx. 60 minutes.
