Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, liquid
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Crispy oat flakes with sunflower seeds – quick recipe
Mix the oats (they must be wholemeal) with the melted butter in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and fold them in. Using two teaspoons, drop small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown.
