Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- Fat, for the baking pan
- 1 jar applesauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the milk, break the spaghetti, and add it. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, with a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Let cool slightly and stir in the eggs. Season to taste. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve warm with a little applesauce. Caution: If the heat is too high or the casserole is cooked for too long, it will develop a hard crust. Kids love it, too!
