Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 peppers, green, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 120 g smoked duck breast, diced
  • Salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the tomatoes and garlic. Heat a little olive oil and the peppers in a pan over high heat. When the oil is hot, add the duck breast and fry. Add the tomatoes and garlic and fry briefly. Spoon onto the now-cooked hamburgers. Only for the brave! Tip: You can also use smoked bacon instead of duck breast.
