Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, Irish
- 1 dash of cream or Rama Cremefine
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 2 dashes tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soften the butter and place it in a mixing bowl. Add the cream and yogurt and beat with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the tomato paste, salt, and pepper and continue stirring. Soak the Italian herbs in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water and let it sit for a few minutes. Then add the herbs to the butter and mix well. Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate.
