Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 potato pancakes
- 2 tbsp jam (bacon jam)
- 3 tbsp Emmental cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Place the Baggers (as we call them here in Franconia) in small gratin dishes and spread with the bacon jam. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has reached the desired color.
