Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g Camembert(s), mature
- 100 g butter
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- Paprika powder
- 1 shot of white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roughly chop the soft Camembert and mash it with a fork along with the butter. Stir in the finely chopped onion, egg yolk, paprika, and a dash of white wine. Mix everything well. Serve with hearty farmhouse bread.
