Tzatziki made from quark

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg quark
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • ½ pack of frozen dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes

Place the quark in a bowl. Cut the cucumber lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Then coarsely grate the cucumber. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Add the garlic and cucumber to the quark and mix thoroughly. Add the oil, salt, vinegar, and dill and mix well. Let stand for about 30 minutes, then season to taste.
