Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 4 tbsp vegetable broth or meat broth
  • 6 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mixed fresh herbs
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the vegetable or meat broth with the balsamic vinegar. Then add the mustard, yogurt, and herbs (e.g., dill, parsley, borage) and mix. Season to taste with a pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper. Finally, gradually add the rapeseed oil, stirring constantly. Delicious with all leafy salads.
