Dressing with yogurt for leaf salads

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g low-fat yogurt 1.5%
  • ½ tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • lemon juice
  • some Tabasco (green)
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

low-calorie, with ketchup

TIP: Enough for a leaf salad of up to 150g, plus some meat, egg, and tomato/corn. Serve with plenty of fresh bread or whole-grain pastries for a light meal. Simply mix all ingredients together well and toss with the other salad ingredients. This dressing goes wonderfully with all leaf salads, including those with tomatoes, corn, chicken strips, tuna, orange segments, and eggs.
