Apple and Cinnamon Cupcake

- 25 g Ground almonds
- 1 Apple
- 80 g Soft butter
- 1 pinch Cinammon
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 125 g Flour
- 125 g Baking powder
- 75 ml Milk
- *****Creme*****
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 100 g Cinammon
- 50 g Soft butter
- 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- Roast the almonds in a fat-free pan – remove and set aside
- Peel the apples, cut the core into small cubes and fry them in 20 g butter until golden – stir in the almonds and cinnamon and let everything cool down a little.
- In the meantime, stir together the remaining butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and the egg.
- Sieve the flour with the baking powder over it and stir everything into a smooth dough with the milk.
- Put the dough in silicone molds and put it in the 180 c. hot oven for about 30 minutes — make a chopstick test.
- For the cream, mix the powdered sugar with the cinnamon, stir in the butter and cream cheese until smooth and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Now put the cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle and decorate the cooled cupcake.
- Finally, decorate with chocolate hearts, pizzas or whatever you have at home
