Ducca Dip

The perfect ducca dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,25 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 0,25 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 20 g Cashew nuts
  • 20 g Pistachio nuts
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • 150 g Feta
  • 75 g Whole milk yogurt
  1. For the Ducca, roast cashew nuts, pistachio nuts, coriander seeds, cumin and sesame seeds in a pan without fat, turning for about 5 minutes. Finely crush / grind roasted spices in a mortar or Tupperware. Season the mixture with chilli flakes to taste and 1 teaspoon salt.
  2. Puree the yoghurt and feta, stir in 2 tbsp Ducca and chill. Seal the rest of the Ducca airtight and store.
