Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g duck breast
  • 2 tbsp jam (apricot), heaped tbsp

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with apricot jam

Rinse the duck under running water, then dry with kitchen paper. Then sear it in a heated pan, searing the fat side with the skin for about three times as long as the meat side. Then place it in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. Brush with apricot jam and heat for another 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
