Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 bags of dough (dumpling dough) from the refrigerated section
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 stalk(s) leek (small stalk), cut into thin rings
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400 ml meat broth, clear
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Great for parties, can be prepared the night before

Brown the minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix the minced meat with the onions, garlic, leeks, broth, mustard, tomato paste, and sour cream, and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Grease two baking dishes with oil and press the dumpling dough into them. Spread the minced meat mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour.
