Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp clove powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 150 g honey
  • 200 ml milk
  • Fat for the mold
  • Flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Onion rings

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Grease a 20-28 cm baking pan with butter and flour. Sift the flour, baking powder, spices, salt, and sugar into a bowl. Stir the honey and milk into the dry ingredients with a spoon. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 60 minutes. Remove the cake immediately from the pan after baking.
