Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Garlic looks, quick, easy, delicious

First, crush the garlic cloves with a garlic press or grater; chopping is too coarse. Add the yogurt and mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives and add honey if desired. This softens the flavor a bit, but is optional. If you’re in a hurry, you can put all the ingredients as they are in a tall container and use a hand blender, but this will make the sauce quite runny. It’s best to let it sit for a while. Tastes great with hamburgers, grilled food, or anything that goes well with garlic sauce. We also serve it with pumpkin patties (pumpkin patties here at chefkoch.de).
