Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g penne or broken macaroni, cooked
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 200 g peas (frozen)
  • 200 g poultry meat sausage, cut into sticks
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

day-child tested

Brown the cooked pasta in butter and season with salt. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pasta along with the peas. Continue to cook for a while while stirring (about 5 minutes). Add the sausage links, stir briefly, and pour over the egg and milk mixture. Stir until set and season to taste with a pinch of pepper. You can, of course, use other vegetables; diced zucchini also works well. This is one of my daycare children’s favorites.
