  • 6 tea bags (Earl Grey)
  • 350 g sugar
  • 900 ml water
  • Gelling agent 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 19 minutes

Bring half a liter of water to a boil and steep the tea bags for 10 minutes. Let it cool, then top up to 900 ml with water. Mix the sugar with the 3:1 gelling agent, stir well with the tea water, and, after it begins to froth, boil for about 4 minutes while stirring according to the instructions. Pour into jars. This makes approximately 4 jam jars, depending on the size.
