Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g almonds, slivered
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Butter, for flakes
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in flour mixed with baking powder. Pour everything into a springform pan. Top with butter flakes. Sprinkle with the almond-sugar mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 350°F (74°C) for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, cut in half crosswise. Whip cream with cream stiffener and custard powder. Fill the cake with the mixture.
