Easy Bircher Muesli variation

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 30 g muesli, of your choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder, or gingerbread spice
  • e.g. berries, frozen (raspberries, red fruit compote, strawberries)
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

delicious and makes you full and happy

Mash the banana with a fork in a cereal bowl and mix with the yogurt. Stir in the cereal, cinnamon, and berries, cover, and let it swell in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, sweeten with honey if desired (the sweetness of the banana is enough for me), stir, and enjoy. It’s also great to take to school/university or work in a glass jar or suitable container.
