Easy Cake!
The perfect easy cake! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Covering
- 400 g Mascarpone
- 200 g Sour cream
- 200 g Cream 30% fat
- 200 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Grated lemon peel
- 2 cl Amaretto
- 2 cl Vecchia Italian brandy
- 1 Vanilla flavor
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1 pinch Salt
Other ingredients
- 1 Viennese chocolate cake base
- 1 Can Drained mandarins
- 1 glass Orange jam
- Whip the cream until stiff. Beat the icing sugar with the egg yolk until it is frothy. Now add all the other ingredients and stir for at least 3-5 minutes. Carefully fold in the cream.
- Spread the orange jam evenly on the first cake base. Lay the second floor on top. Now distribute a third of the mixture. Put on the last base and distribute the rest of the mixture evenly all around.
- Put the tangerines decoratively on top. Crumble up part of the meringue and sprinkle over the cake. Put on meringue as a garnish.
