Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g cocoa powder (Kaba)
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a bundt pan. Beat butter and sugar, add the egg and vanilla sugar, and beat for another minute. Mix in the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and whipped cream. Mix everything well. Pour the batter into the pan and bake on the middle rack for about 55 minutes.
