Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g margarine or butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- 150 g flour
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g margarine or butter
- Fruit of your choice, e.g. 1 can of apricots or peaches, 1 jar of cherries
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Combine all batter ingredients and pour into a greased 26cm springform pan. Top with fruit of your choice (cherries, plums, gooseberries, apricots). Knead the ingredients into crumbles and spread over the cake. Bake at 160°C (fan oven) for 60 minutes.
