Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- 250 g tomatoes, pureed
- 75 g Leberkäse or similar
- 1 ½ tbsp butter or oil
- 1 tsp stock powder
- some milk or cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Add the butter to a pan and melt over medium heat. Brown the diced meatloaf or similar in it. Add the passata and a little milk or cream, and bring to a boil. Season with the stock powder or salt and pepper. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Then add the pasta a little at a time to the pan and mix. If there’s not enough sauce, simply add a little pasta water to the pan.
