  3. Drizzle some olive or sunflower oil over the vegetables. You can also use any other oil of your liking. Add a pinch of salt and use your hands to spread the oil evenly over the vegetables.
  4. Put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake the vegetables until cooked. Check the condition of the vegetables with a fork. Take the tray out of the oven.

Soup with tuber vegetables

You can refine a soup with Jerusalem artichokes yourself. You can probably find most of the ingredients at home.

  1. Peel an onion and half a kilo of Jerusalem artichokes. Wash and dice the ingredients.
  2. Melt some butter in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add half a liter of vegetable stock, 200 ml of milk or milk substitute. Salt and pepper to taste. If you like, you can add more spices to taste.
  4. Let the soup simmer for a quarter of an hour.
  5. Puree the soup and serve.
