Ebly – Ham rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g wheat (Ebly soft wheat)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 8 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 50 g sausage (ham sausage)
  • 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the Elby according to the package instructions for 20 minutes, then let cool. Mix with the cream, cream cheese, and chives. Cut the ham sausage into very small cubes and fold in, seasoning with salt and pepper. Spread 8 slices of ham with the spicy Ebly mixture and roll them up. Garnish the ham rolls with some chives.
