Ebly pan with peppers and salami

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bags of Ebly
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 200 g salami or cooked ham
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 pack of grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the Ebly in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the peppers and salami or ham, and thinly slice the spring onions. Add the oil to a pan and sauté the spring onions over low heat. Then add the peppers and sauté for a few minutes, then add the salami. Add the cooked Ebly to the pan and mix well. Fold in the cheese. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and serve. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
