Ingredients
- 1 Pc. Camembert
- 2 Pc. Whole grain toast
- 2 Pc. Free range eggs
- Sea salt
- Pepper Parieser
- 1 NS. Cooked ham
- 3 NS. Smoked ham
- 1 NS. Cut cheese
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 Pc. Tomato
Instructions
- Cut out the toast with a cutter or glass, place the toast in a pan with clarified butter and slide an egg into each opening and let it set, carefully with salt, as the ham brings a little salt and season with pepper.
- In the meantime, sauté the ham, onion and tomato slices in a second pan in clarified butter.
- When the eggs are half set, distribute the cooked ham slice and the steamed ham slices over the toast, place 2 slices of tomatoes and onions on each toast, put the semi-hard cheese over the onions on the 1st toast and on the 2nd toast Place 3 - 4 slices of Camembert and continue to fry with the lid closed at reduced heat until the egg has the desired firmness to your taste, remove from the pan and arrange on plates.
