Prepare a cake plate on which the cake will later be served. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly. Beat the egg with the sugar, butter, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the quark. Stir in the lukewarm vanilla pudding. Stir in the instant gelatin. Place a lightly greased cake ring on the cake plate and line it with a layer of egg biscuits. Spread some of the quark mixture on top, place another layer of egg biscuits on top, and spread with a layer of quark mixture. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used up. Finish with a layer of egg biscuits. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions and, while still hot, pour it over the last layer of egg biscuits and spread it evenly. Cool the cake and let it chill overnight. The next day, decorate the cake with whipped cream if desired.
